Ross Perot, former presidential candidate, dies at 89

Ross Perot, the the self-made Texas billionaire who twice ran for president, died at age 89 on Tuesday. In 1992, Perot became the most successful non-major party presidential candidate in 80 years, securing 19 percent of the popular vote.
