Pence says government shutdown "coming to an end"
Vice President Mike Pence said the government shutdown, which he called the "Schumer shutdown" after Senate Democratic Leader Chuck Schumer, failed during a joint statement with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
