Manual ballot recount ordered in Florida Senate race
Florida is close to learning who will be its next governor, while the closely fought Senate race is headed for a hand recount. Republican Rick Scott leads incumbent Democratic Senator Bill Nelson by less than 13,000 votes. A federal judge Thursday called Florida's election process "the laughing stock of the world."
