Florence leaves catastrophic flooding, 16 dead
Florence, the massive storm that was once a monster hurricane, is slowly moving out of the Carolinas, leaving catastrophic flooding in its wake. At least 16 people are dead, and hundreds of thousands of homes and businesses are without power. DeMarco Morgan reports.
