CBS News' Dave Price recently traveled to Rwanda to visit women involved in the Rwanda Path to Peace project. Rwandan women weave colorful baskets that are then sold at Macy's stores and online, and earn money for their work. These are some of his pictures from the trip.

According to Price, the money these women earn is "several multiples" more than the national income average in Rwanda.

The ethnic cleansing, which took place between April and June 1994, left an 800,000 Rwandans dead in under 100 days. Women were raped, children were mutilated and men massacred. After the genocide, women outnumbered men 70 to 30.
