Word of the Day: Electioneering

For today's word, we didn't have to look far. It's as close as your TV. Or your telephone.

electioneering n 1: persuasion of voters in a political campaign (syn: bell ringing, canvassing) 2: the campaign of a candidate to be elected.
Unless you live on the moon, you probably have been subject to some electioneering this fall.

Take heart. Tomorrow it'll be over. For a while, anyway.
