Who's The Most Expressive Fan?

Sure. Fans in crazy get-ups show up at all major sports events. But NCAA basketball has a way of locking in fans from all over the United States.

Some of the best of them visit The Saturday Early Show this weekend. They're the 10 finalists in the Most Expressive NCAA Fan contest, selected on the basis of their creativity, expressiveness and originality from thousands of entries around the United States.

They are:

  • Patrick Whiddon of Columbia, S.C
  • Kenneth Jenkins of Loganville, Ga.
  • Tara George of Collinsville, Ala.
  • James Hilgendorf of Clear Lake, Iowa
  • Mark Russell of Weserville, Ohio
  • Dave Dial of Durham, N.C.
  • Phyllis Gall of Clinton, Ill.
  • Brian Shirley of Lauderdale, Minn.
  • Michele Nealen of Baltimore, Md.
  • Griffin Peck of Waterbury, Conn.
During CBS Sports' broadcast of the NCAA Men's Basketball Championship game on Monday night, Bill Packer will announce the winner of the first "Most Expressive NCAA Fan Search."

For a little color and a little flavor from Atlanta, The Saturday Early Show will take a look at the 10 finalists outside the Georgia Dome as they get ready for the Final Four.
