Wheelchair-Bound Man Takes Down Disgruntled Customer
Surveillance video from a Vancouver, British Columbia convenience store caught a customer in a wheelchair taking down a man who was having a confrontation with the clerk.
A customer handed the clerk a counterfeit $50 bill and after she insisted on calling the authorities he made the mistake of going behind the counter.
Wheelchair-bound Larry Skopnik witnessed the exchange and sprung into action.
"Just because I'm in a chair doesn't mean I can't stand up and do something righteous and do the right thing," Skopnik said.
As the man wrestled with the clerk for his counterfeit bill, Skopnik grabbed him from behind with a choke hold and took him to the ground.
