Watch: Lindsay Lohan in "The Canyons" trailer

A new trailer has just arrived for Lindsay Lohan's latest movie, "The Canyons."

The preview opens with Lohan's character, Tara, talking about the movie-going experience as images of run-down cinemas flash across the screen.

"Maybe it's just not my thing anymore," she muses.

In another scene, Tara laments, "I guess I'd like to keep some parts of my life private."

She's then told, "Nobody has a private life anymore."

The film, written by Bret Easton Ellis and also starring James Deen, will arrive in theaters and video on demand on Aug. 2.
