Users give RIM raspberries over BlackBerry glitches

If you're an executive from Research in Motion, steel yourself before reading this Twitter thread. It's not pretty.

But as service problems extend into a second day, BlackBerry users are venting their frustration. The glitches come after an unexplained problem cut off Internet and messaging services for large numbers of users across Europe, the Middle East and Africa on Monday. Research in Motion which makes BlackBerry devices, said Tuesday morning that services are operating normally and the issue responsible for delays in subscriber services a day earlier had been resolved.

Still, BlackBerry's popular messaging service was not fully operational in London, with multiple users reporting issues sending and receiving messages.

A spokeswoman for BlackBerry said she was not immediately able to comment.
