"Twilight" Fans Camp Out in Los Angeles Days Before Premiere

NEW YORK (CBS) "Twilight" mania hit Los Angeles as hundreds of fans have begun camping outside the Nokia Theater for the "The Twilight Saga: Eclipse" premiere on Thursday.

Hoping for a chance to spot their favorite stars on the red carpet, die-hard fans first began pitching tents at 6 a.m. on Monday.

Accordiing to KTLA-TV, about 9,000 wristbands are being handed out to fans, many of whom are sporting their coveted "Twilight" paraphernalia.

Nokia theater officials have issued a list of camping rules, one being that wristbands must be worn at all times until the premiere is over.

"Eclipse" is the third installment of the mega-profitable "Twilight" film series, staring Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner.

The movie opens in theaters on June 30.
