(CBS) Travis Barker does not want you to see him naked.

His lawyer sent a cease and desist letter to MediaTakeOut, shortly after the gossip website posted nude photos of the Blink-182 drummer, reports TMZ.

Although the site didn't name Barker, fans were reportedly able to identify the bare pics based on the distinctive tattoos inked all over the former "Meet the Barkers" star'.

Sources tell TMZ the leaked shots, which are at least 5 years old, were "private and never intended for public viewing or to be seen by anyone else."

Barker's attorney is arguing over the "unauthorized use of private photos." There's no word on how the site got access to the nude photos.

Blink-182 released "Neighborhoods," its first new studio album in seven years in September 2011.
