ORLANDO, Fla. (CBS/WKMG) Alleged Tiger Woods mistress Mindy Lawton was sentenced to a year in jail Friday after pleading no contest to a 2009 drunk-driving accident, according to reports.

Lawton, 34, littered headlines in 2009 after she gave graphic details of her alleged two-year affair with the world's then-No. 1 golfer to London-based tabloid "News of the World," reports CBS affiliate WKMG.

According to court records, Lawton's blood alcohol level registered at 0.18 when she crashed her sedan into another car Jan. 10, 2009, causing the other driver to sustain several injuries including broken ribs, back, memory loss and facial injuries, reports The Orlando Sentinel. Intoxication is defined by Florida state law as 0.08 percent and higher.

Orange County Judge Alan Apte sentenced the former Perkins waitress to 363 days in jail with credit for one day already served after the crash, five years probation, loss of her license for 180 days, and ordered her to perform 50 hours of community service when she is released, reports the paper.

Claims of numerous affairs involving Woods came to light after he crashed his SUV outside his Isleworth, Fla. home the day after Thanksgiving in 2009.

He later apologized for his "trangressions."
