Sunday: Cotton, Johnson, Kasich, Hickenlooper

John Kelly took the reins at the White House as chief of staff this week after a chaotic period marked by the departure of several top officials. Meanwhile, the impaneling of a grand jury suggested special counsel Robert Mueller's investigation into Russian election interference is deepening. And Congress left town without passing a health care bill – and with a big to-do list waiting for them upon return.

This Sunday on Face the Nation, we'll bring you the latest on all that and more.

We'll talk with Arkansas Sen. Tom Cotton, a member of the Intelligence and Armed Services Committees, about some of the national security issues facing the country. What would the immigration proposal he unveiled this week accomplish? What does he make of the turnover at the White House? And what's the status of the Intelligence Committee's probe of Russia and its possible ties to the Trump campaign?

We'll also talk with former Secretary of Homeland Security Jeh Johnson. He was at the center of the Obama administration's response to Russian election interference in 2016 – what did that experience teach him about election integrity and cybersecurity? How does he assess the current homeland security picture in the U.S.?

We'll hear from a pair of governors – Ohio Republican John Kasich and Colorado Democrat John Hickenlooper – about the health care debate and how their states have been affected. Despite the failure of the latest GOP repeal effort, some in Congress still want to scrap Obamacare entirely, while others want to fix what's broken. But what's the view from outside Washington?

As always, we'll have an expert political panel to help break down the busy news week. This Sunday, we'll hear from USA Today's Washington Bureau Chief Susan Page, Reihan Salam of the National Review and Slate Magazine, Jennifer Jacobs of Bloomberg, and Slate Magazine's Jamelle Bouie, who's also a CBS News Political Analyst.

It's going to be an exciting broadcast, so make sure you tune in! Check your local listings for airtimes.
