(CBS) HOUSTON - A Houston police sergeant with 20 years of experience on the force has been suspended for posting racy photos of herself on a popular modeling website, NBC affiliate KPRC reports.

Stacey Suro, 42, posted more than 100 photos, some of them completely nude, to the website Model Mayhem. KPRC reported that some of the photos featured Suro dressed in bondage gear or posed in "sexually suggestive" positions.

The single mother stated on the site that she was a model for hire, according to KPRC. Her profile has since been removed.

Word of the photos got out last week and internal affairs began investigating the matter last Wednesday.

Department policy states that "employees shall exhibit professional conduct at all times and shall not engage in any activity, including unlawful activity that would degrade or bring disrespect upon the employee or the department."

Officers are also required to disclose other jobs outside of work. It was unclear if Suro had told the department she was a paid model, KPRC reported.
