Shakira brings a guest judge to "The Voice"...

Shakira got a little help at her judge's chair on "The Voice" this week.

On Thursday, the pop star brought her son, Milan, to work and he definitely had some harsh opinions for some of the competitors. From the looks of it, the 11-week-old may follow in his mother's footsteps, as he was a natural on camera.

"Clearly Milan's intrigued by this performance #5th Coach," the singer tweeted along with the photo above.

And with another cranky-faced photo, she tweeted: "Uh oh, I don't think he liked that performance!"

We guess "The Voice" singers needed to work a little harder to impress this tough mini-critic.
