The rapper, real name Tramar Dillard, was pulled over around 3:30 a.m., TMZ reports, after police say they spotted him driving erratically in his red and black 2008 Bugatti. He reportedly registered a .185 blood alcohol level, which is more than twice the legal limit.

An arrest report says Flo Rida, 31, had blood-shot eyes and slurred beach. He reportedly asked officers to let him walk home after failing a field sobriety test.

Bystanders pleaded with police to let him go, and one fan even offered to give the rapper a lift home, according to the report.

He was subsequently arrested and taken to a nearby station in Miami Beach for processing and was later booked into Miami Dade Correctional Department, according to People magazine. He is being held on $2,000 bond.
