The 21-year-old model was aboard JetBlue Flight 522 from Orlando, Fla., to Newark, N.J., when the woman allegedly burst out of her seat and tried to open the door of the plane, police told the New York Post.

An unnamed source told the paper that it was a bad case of high anxiety.

"She said she's gone through this before, but never this bad, and didn't have...her medication," a source told the paper.

Livingston, from Merrimac, R.I., was placed under federal custody as of Thursday, reports the New York Post. Charges are still pending.

Livingston was featured as the centerfold for the Singapore version of Playboy, VIP, in 2009. In the magazine, she was described as "not just another pretty face."
