Ferer says retailers have been trying to deliver customized merchandise to the mass market for years, but they were hampered by cost and convenience. Now, technology has allowed monogrammed items to be available to everyone.
Monogramming adds just a day or two to your delivery. It costs just $5 for most individual items and $10 for most luggage and towel sets.
On the turtleneck, there are 8 places you can choose to put a monogram. (Center back upper, Center front upper, lower left side front, lower right side front, chest left, sleeve left, chest right, sleeve right.) For jeans, you can choose the pocket or lower left leg.
