Obama Groupies? Lawmakers Get to Speech Hours Early

More than four hours before the State of the Union speech this evening at 9:00 p.m. Eastern Time, several members of Congress are in the otherwise empty House Chamber.

The reason? So they can hold seats by the aisle -- and thus shake President Obama's hand when he comes in.
