N.J. Devils offer Charlie Sheen home game tickets after Staples Center debacle

(CBS News) New Jersey Devils have offered Charlie Sheen tickets and a "smoking balcony" via Twitter after the former "Two and a Half Men" star was barred from returning to the Staples Center after he stepped out for a cigarette at Game 4 of the Stanley Cup Final.

"We'll treat you w/courtesy & common sense @CharlieSheen come to the game tomorrow we have great staff & a smoking balcony," tweeted the team. The New Jersey Devils will face off against  the Los Angeles Kings at home at New Jersey's Prudential Center.

The tweet was accompanied by a picture of a person holding two tickets and a cigar in front of a "Smoking Permitted" sign.

Sheen reportedly lost his temper after he was denied re-entry to Los Angeles' Staples Center on Wednesday. Michael Roth of AEG, which owns the Staples Center, told the Los Angeles Times that there are signs around the arena stating that once people exit the building, they are not allowed to return.

According to TMZ when he was denied re-entry, Sheen gave an expletive-filled protest that the celebrity website caught on tape.
