New "Jobs" mini-trailer debuts on Instagram

Ashton Kutcheroffers words of inspiration as Apple co-founder and CEO Steve Jobs in the new 15-second trailer for the upcoming "Jobs" biopic.

The promo spot premiered Saturday on the film's Instagram page, further highlighting how much new technology has changed the way movie releases are promoted in the digital age.

The brief trailer features scenes of Kutcher, who in the film bears an uncanny resemblance to Jobs, and actor Josh Gad as fellow Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak. As we've seen in previously released clips from the film, the two men set out to convince the average consumer to want to buy a personal computer -- something that seemed almost impossible in the early 1980s.

"Here's to the crazy ones, the misfits, the rebels," Kutcher says in a voiceover, "Because the people who think they are crazy enough to think they can change the world are the ones who do."

"Jobs" opens in theaters on August 16.
