Mel B explains why a full Spice Girls reunion didn’t happen

Scary Spice has some good news and some bad news for Spice Girls fans.

The good news is that there will in fact -- after months of rumors and negotiations -- finally be a Spice Girls reunion.

The bad news? Two of the girls will be sitting it out.

Melanie Brown -- also known as Mel B or Scary Spice -- stopped by the “Late Late Show” to discuss the development with James Cordon, revealing that she, Geri Halliwell and Emma Bunton would be mounting a reunion of sorts without the help of Victoria Beckham and Melanie Chisholm.

“We are going to do something, us three,” she said. “We’re going to perform and celebrate together for the people.”

As for why fans won’t be getting a full Spice Girls reunion? “The other two b***hes didn’t want to do it,” she joked.

“You know, Victoria is busy with her great fashion line, and Mel C is doing her own album, so they gracefully said, ‘You three go ahead and do it,’” she clarified.

As for when this semi-reunion will launch, that’s still up in the air.
