McCain Campaigns In Granite State Today

(CBS)
From CBS News' John Bentley:

(MANCHESTER, N.H.) – John McCain returns to the state that revived his campaign today, and now he hopes it can help him capture the presidency, as well. McCain held over 100 town hall meetings in New Hampshire, but Barack Obama has opened up a near-double digit lead in some polls here.

"We will remain competitive" in New Hampshire, McCain senior strategist Mike DuHaime told reporters on a conference call yesterday, adding that they will continue to run television ads there, although he also added they "reserve the right" to move ad buys and campaign funds from state to state as they see fit.

After his New Hampshire rally, McCain will head to Ohio for two events with his running mate Sarah Palin, one in a suburb of Akron and another in Cincinnati.
