Magalie's Moment in Haiti

For "60 Minutes" producer Magalie Laguerre-Wilkinson, Haiti is more than a story. It's her homeland. "60 Minutes Overtime" talks with Magalie about her worst memory while reporting on the disaster.

For this week's "60 Minutes" broadcast, correspondent Byron Pitts went to Haiti to see how far the country had come in the ten months since the earthquake. Also traveling with him was producer Magalie Laguerre-Wilkinson, a Haitian-American who speaks fluent Creole.

Watch Byron Pitts' full report.

In this video, you'll meet Magalie and listen in as Magalie and Byron recall their first trip to Haiti in the immediate aftermath of the earthquake, and the moment in a dark parking lot that they'll never forget.
