LulzSec hacker charged in Ariz. for Sony data breach
(CBS News) Another suspected member of the LulzSec hacking group has been charge in the Sony Pictures Entertainment data breach last year.

Raynaldo Rivera, a 20-year-old Tempe, Ariz. man, has been charged with one count each of "conspiracy and unauthorized impairment of a protected computer," the Associated Press reports. If convicted, Rivera could get up to 15 years in prison.
LulzSec made headlines when it claimed responsibility for stealing the account information of over 77 million members of Sony's PlayStation Network. The group's 50-day hacking spree began in May 2011 with a database of "X Factor" contestants.
The group also claimed responsibility for later hacking into Sony Pictures Entertainment and accessing 1 million accounts. Sony reported 37,500 accounts were actually breached. LulzSec also claimed to have hacked the Central Intelligence Agency, U.S. Senate and Public Broadcasting Service websites.
Several other alleged members of LulzSec have been arrested on similar charges, including Ryan Cleary, 20, of Wickford, Essex, U.K. and Cody Kretsinger, 24, of Tempe, Ariz.
Cleary confessed to the hacking charges in June, but denied posting unlawfully obtained data to public websites. Kretsinger pleaded guilty to two counts in the Sony hacking case and will be sentenced in October.
