"It's a great day," the Lohan matriarch told E! News of her daughter's departure on Monday.

Despite reports that Lohan would remain at the rehab facility until the weekend to receive further treatment, a source told E! that the actress, 24, left "earlier this morning."

The source did not reveal where the actress was headed next.
