(CBS) Lindsay Lohan is reportedly up to her old tricks - partying every night, throwing glasses at ex-girlfriends, taking controversial photos, and feuding with her family - and at the end of this well-traveled road lurks the possibility of jail time next month, says TMZ.com.

Apparently, Lindsay, who is currently on probation for a DUI, has not been fulfilling the alcohol education component of the sentence handed down by Judge Marsha Revel late last year, reports TMZ.com.

Judge Revel made it clear to the Mean Girls star that she must attend alcohol education courses once every seven days or enroll in an inpatient rehabilitation facility, according to TMZ.

Does hitting the clubs count as alcohol education?

If Lindsay did not comply with the terms of her probation, the judge plainly stated that the troubled young starlet would go to jail.

Here's the catch: The program in which Lindsay is enrolled is required by state law to inform the court only if the student is absent for 21 days; however, the program has not reported an attendance violation because Lindsay allegedly waits until the 21st day to attend classes, reports TMZ.

Even though Lindsay is meeting the school's requirements, she has reportedly failed repeatedly to abide by the conditions of her parole. She will appear in court for her progress hearing May 20, and the judge will decide whether or not her progress is sufficient, says TMZ.

Lindsay's lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, told TMZ, "We have received no negative written report from the program and contend Ms. Lohan is therefore in compliance."

It sounds like Lindsay and her lawyer might both need to get with the program.
