Lindsay Lohan cancels appearance, posts incoherent Instagram

Lindsay Lohan raised concerns after canceling her Toronto International Film Festival appearance and posting an inscrutable message on Instagram.

Lohan was supposed to promote her new film "Inconceivable" at one of the festival's parties on Sunday, but had to cancel ahead of time due to "scheduling conflicts."

The Hollywood Reporter guessed that it had something to do with Lohan's criminal record, as Canada is strict on tourists with criminal records, especially if they have a DUI under their belt and have spent time in jail -- both of which apply to Lohan.

To make the situation even stranger, Lohan posted a photo of herself on Sunday with an inscrutable caption that seems to refer to the Sept. 11, 2011 attacks.

"they always come back," she wrote. "I love you NYC they always come back. I love you NYC #godblesstheworld#michaeljackson #rip miss you as my real only private friend. For you: god, for all hurts and wrongs, please let me forgive, Allah please let me be forgiven, and all forgive themselves. Please and thank you.

It does seem as though the caption could be a song, since some of the lines rhyme, like "rough" and "tough," or "clear" and "deer."

Still, we have no idea what Lohan is trying to say. Do you? Let us know in the comments what you think Lohan might mean.
