Chenoweth, who currently stars on ABC's "GCB," won a Tony Award in 1999 for "You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown," and was also nominated in 2004 for her role in "Wicked." She also earned an Emmy Award in 2009 for "Pushing Daisies."

Parsons has won two Emmys and a Golden Globe for his role on "The Big Bang Theory," and made his Broadway debut last year in the AIDS drama "The Normal Heart." He's set to reprise that role in a film adaptation of the play, alongside Julia Roberts, Alec Baldwin, Mark Ruffalo and Matt Bomer.

The Tony Awards, honoring the best of Broadway, will air live from New York's Beacon Theater on June 10, 2012, on CBS. Neil Patrick Harris is hosting the ceremony for the third time.
