Kelly Rowland Slows It Down After Collapse

Kelly Rowland wants everyone to know she's fine.

During a concert in Nigeria a few weeks ago, Rowland collapsed on stage due to dehydration. On Friday's The Early Show Rowland expressed her thanks to all of her fans who have given her support since her brief scare.

She blamed her collapse on pushing herself too hard. She said, "(I was) running so much. You have to slow down. (The collapse) has taught me to slow down, definitely."

Rowland released her latest album, "Ms. Kelly," last month and calls it a very personal project that can connect with all of her fans. "Everybody can relate to anything and everything on this album," she said. "Everybody has experienced love some sort of way."

Rowland, a member of the group Destiny's Child, recently went on a farewell tour with the trio. She didn't rule out ever rejoining Beyoncé Knowles and Michelle Williams in the future, but is more concerned with their friendship at this point.
