Keep a Task List in Your Browser with ReminderFox
Want to set a quick reminder to, say, follow up with a client? Or a recurring alarm to check in with the project manager? You can do all that and more with ReminderFox, a Firefox extension that creates and organizes tasks and keeps them front and center in your browser.
Well, okay, maybe not front and center -- more down and to the right. All you do is click the little string icon in the lower-right corner of the browser, then click Add Reminder to set up a new task. You can specify start and end dates, assign a category, add notes, make it a repeating reminder, and set an alarm. In short, it gives you nearly all the features of a dedicated calendar program, without the calendar program.
To see a summary of your current and future to-dos, just mouse over the ReminderFox icon. This is handy little extension is free, of course; it requires Firefox.
