"Time is of the essence, so we are pushing as fast as we can, as hard as we can, with every lead we can possibly get," said Dailey's sister Robyn Hoffman.

According to his roommate, Miles Smith, Dailey was last seen on Tuesday night around Gardner Street in Brighton.

"It's not unusual for him to step out," Smith said. "I went on to bed, and never heard him come back in."

Dailey lives in Brighton and works at American Apparel in Cambridge. He never showed up to his job on Friday. He was last seen wearing a button down shirt and white shorts. Dailey is 5'9, 160 lbs, with brown eyes and black hair. He has a tattoo on his left bicep which is described as a black stripe.

"We've just had no contact with him. His phone has been off," Dailey's father, Bruce, said. "We are just asking everyone, anyone who has seen him, to help us get our son back."

Family members say that Dailey has no history of mental illness, no history of drugs or alcohol, and did not have a girlfriend. Anyone who sees him should alert police.
