Shawn Boyer

Shawn, president and CEO of SnagAJob.com, founded and leads the nation?s largest hourly job site. He was named the 2008 National Small Business Person of the Year for helping unemployed Americans find work. Boyer, a former attorney, worked his first hourly job at a retail store as a teen.






Hugh Delehanty

As Editor in Chief of AARP Publications, Hugh oversees America?s two largest-circulation publications, AARP The Magazine and the AARP Bulletin. Previously an editor at Sports Illustrated, People, and Utne Reader, Delehanty is coauthor of the national bestseller ?Sacred Hoops: Spiritual Lessons of a Hardwood Warrior? with Phil Jackson and ?Caring For Your Parents: The Complete Family Guide,? with caregiving expert Elinor Ginzler.






Lisa Hancock

Lisa is the Regional Director for Manpower Inc. in New York. She has worked for Manpower, a world leader in the employment services industry, for 25+ years building internal teams, training and mentoring them to help Manpower clients win in the changing world of work. Lisa is a member of Society for Human Resources Management and other professional organizations, as well as a Junior Achievement volunteer.

Lisa is a career image author and specialist who brings hope, humor and amazing results to the daunting job search process. She has been featured in numerous publications and on television. She is the author of a new book, "Career Comeback: Repackage yourself to get the job you want"

Trudy Steinfeld

Trudy has spent 30 years in the field of career development, training and recruiting and is currently the Executive Director of The Wasserman Center for Career Development at New York University. She speaks and consults frequently about the labor market, job search and recruiting strategies, as well as addressing generational challenges in the work place.






Whitney Thompson

Whitney was the winner of America's Next Top Model cycle 10. She received a contract with CoverGirl cosmetics, a contract from Elite Model Management and has been on the cover of the July 2008 Seventeen Magazine. The CoverGirl contract includes print advertising, a billboard in Times Square, and a U.S. national TV commercial. Prior to the show, she was a student. She is currently a spokesperson for the Fashion Bug clothing store chain.







Gene Burnard

Pursuing his encore career, Gene now publishes Workforce50.com, a career site advocating for older workers, after managing a recruitment business for 10 years. Previously, Gene spent 25 years in sales and marketing management in the scientific industry after working as an engineer on the Apollo LEM astronaut trainer for NASA.






Marc S. Freedman

Marc, a certified financial planner, is President of Freedman Financial, a Peabody, Mass., community-based, financial planning and wealth management firm. In November 2008, his firm was named one of Boston?s Top 50 Financial Advisors by Barron?s Winner?s Circle. He is the author of ?Oversold and Underserved - A Financial Planner?s Guide to Serving the Mass Affluent,? published by FPA Press.






Kit Hayes

Kit Harrington Hayes is a Boston-based LifeWork coach specializing in the complex career issues challenging professionals today. She is also the "Career Transition Expert" for Workforce50.com. Previously, Kit worked in corporate career management, and prior to that, directed Career Services for Northeastern University alumni. She authored "Managing Career Transitions" (Prentice Hall, 2000).






Nicholas A. Nicolette

Nicholas, a certified financial planner since 1984, is a principal of Sterling Financial Planning, Inc., serving clients in Sparta, N.J. He served as the 2007 President of the Financial Planning Association, and has appeared nationally addressing the benefits of financial planning and its importance to the public at large.






Deborah Radman

Deborah is senior vice president/director at Cramer-Krasselt Public Relations and heads up the public relations operations of Cramer-Krasselt. She has counseled clients in corporate communications, crisis management, public affairs and business-to-consumer/business-to-business marketing. She has served as chairman of the Counselors Academy of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) and participates in its mentoring program.






Katrina Szish

Katrina is a television personality, style expert and red carpet authority. She has worked at VOGUE, INSTYLE and GQ and has contributed to MARIE CLAIRE, HARPER?S BAZAAR and US WEEKLY. The Harvard graduate and former model has worked in fashion for over two decades and has masterminded dozens of makeovers for television shows and private clients.
