Internet radio host arrested while on the air

Internet radio host Thaddeus Matthews was arrested by Shelby County, Tenn. sheriff's deputies while on air Monday evening, reports CBS Memphis affiliate WREG-TV.

Matthews was hit with harassment charges, the station says.

He was likely to appear in court Tuesday.

A woman filed a harassment complaint Monday and a warrant was issued, police say.

In a statement posted on Facebook, the Shelby County Sheriff's Office said: "The SCSO Fugitive Unit will go and get fugitives from anywhere. Local radio host Thaddeus Matthews was arrested at his studio on an outstanding warrant by the SCSO Fugitive Division while he was on the air earlier tonight. Great job deputies!"
