Fuzzy Zoeller Sr. Dead At 78

Frank Urban Zoeller Sr., the father of professional golfer Fuzzy Zoeller, died Saturday in a health care facility. He was 78.

Officials at Westminster Health Care Center on Sunday refused to give out any information on Zoeller's death.

Zoeller was past president of E.M. Cummings Veneer Co., the Indiana Manufacturing Association and Valley View Golf Club.

He is survived by his wife, the former Alma Cummings; a daughter, Beverly Giordano; sons Edward Thomas and Fuzzy Zoeller; and a sister, Roberta Zoeller.

His funeral will be Monday at Holy Family Catholic Church in New Albany.
