Forum Member Posts Detailed Info About Making Of Long-Range Missiles

(Ansar al Islam )
A self-proclaimed member of the militant Iraqi group Ansar al Islam using the name "Abu Hafs" published a comprehensive manual on militant Islamist Internet forums Wednesday, in which he described the different processes involved in the making of enhanced locally-made rockets. "This file is the result of three years of continuous research in missiles fuel. Please pass it on to all the mujahideen in Palestine, Iraq, Afghanistan and Chechnya," Abu Hafs explained. He predicted that the information he provided about long-range missiles would "turn the balance of power upside down and the enemies shall be hit in the heart of their homes, in Tel Aviv, Russia, Ethiopia and all over the world." The 118-megabyte file included a staggering amount of illustrated documents and videos explaining how to build such rockets.
