Pasco Sheriff's deputies say the 34-year-old Womack pulled into the drive-thru at around 6:30 a.m. and demanded two free Big Macs because she was unsatisfied with the ones she had last time she was there, according to the station.
When the McDonald's workers told her they didn't have Big Macs because they were only serving breakfast, she reportedly then demanded they give her two free Egg McMuffins instead.
Employees of the fast-food establishment told Womack she had to leave, but she refused and stayed stopped in front of the drive-thru window for nearly 10 minutes until police arrived, the station reports.
When deputies approached the car, Womack allegedly told them her rights were being violated because McDonald's wouldn't give her free breakfast.
Deputies say they could smell alcohol on Womack's breath and she reportedly told them she had taken prescription drugs.
After failing a field sobriety test, Womack was reportedly arrested for DUI. She was released later that evening.
