Facebook is accused of advertising click fraud in a federal class-action lawsuit filed in California. The suit comes after June reports on TechCrunch that click fraud was rampant on Facebook.

The lead plaintiff in the suit is Unified ECM, a maker of content management software in Beverly Hills, Calif. The company claims it uses its own software to track visits to its website that come from Facebook ads and that Facebook's bills don't add up:
Defendant has charged Plaintiff for non-existent, fraudulent or invalid clicks.
The suit gives few details as to the extent of the alleged fraud or how much money ECM believes it has lost. You can read a summary of the allegations here.
