Eva Mendes and Ryan Gosling welcome baby No. 2
That was certainly fast.
Less than a month after word got out that Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes were expecting again, the couple welcomed their second child, a daughter, according to a birth certificate obtained by TMZ.
The baby, a girl names Amada Lee Gosling, was born April 29 at 8:03 a.m. at St. John's Health Center in Santa Monica, California. The couple also has 1-year-old daughter, Esmeralda Amada Gosling.
News of the second pregnancy was first reported in mid-April, and Mendes has not been photographed a public event since December.
Though Gosling and Mendes are generally press-shy when it comes to their personal life, Mendes did open up to Wendy Williams about motherhood during an interview in September. "I've never appreciated my family so much, they've been amazing," Mendes said. "I don't technically have a nanny, but I do have help. I like to clarify. I'm certainly not anti-nanny -- you do what you need to do as a parent -- but I'm so grateful that I have help with my family and [Gosling's] family."
