NEW YORK (CBS) Debrahlee Lorenzana just can't catch a break.

The 33-year-old has claimed in a lawsuit that her bosses at Citibank told her they couldn't concentrate because her appearance was too distracting.

Now, Lorenzana says that her current employer, JP Morgan Chase, told her she's talking too much and her public statements about her alleged treatment at Citibank reflect poorly upon the banking industry.

Lorenzana's attorney, Jack Tuckner, appeared with Lorenzana on "The Early Show," and said that Lorenzana is risking her job at Chase by speaking out about the Citibank case.

"They've really given her no choice," Tuckner told CBS News. "This is a bank now that has said she's done nothing wrong other than blemish the financial services industry by talking about what happened to her."

Lorenzana claims in court papers that she was forced out of her Manhattan Citibank job because she was too gorgeous, according to The Village Voice. Lorenzana says she was subject to "improper comments" and was reprimanded for dressing too sexily. She said she was told by her bosses to tone down her wardrobe, according to the paper.

"Little Debrahlee Lorenzana speaking about her discrimination at another bank, that has nothing to do with them," Tuckner told the morning show. "She's performing well and she's wearing the same clothing that she wore before at Citibank... even if she didn't come on this show this morning, she's already in hot water because she violated their code of conduct by simply talking about this."

So will Lorenzana go after Chase, too? Her lawyer said, "If they fire her, absolutely. Immediately."

Lorenzana told The Early Show, that she's doing this "basically for all the women out there and everyone that has gone through harassment their whole entire life to say enough is enough."
