Debate: Should California Legalize Marijuana?

NEW YORK (CBS) The Regulate, Control, and Tax Cannabis Act of 2010 - California's initiative to legalize marijuana, has added fuel to an already contentious debate in this country. With medical marijuana laws currently on the books in 14 U.S. states, the new measure set to appear on the November ballot would be a major triumph for supporters of cannabis reform.
