(CBS) NEWTOWN, Conn. - CBS News takes a look back at the tragic massacre that left 28 people dead, including 20 children, at a mass shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School.

"Evil visited this community today," Connecticut Governor Dan Malloy said Friday in a press conference after the shooting. "A number of our citizens, beautiful children, had their life taken away from them."
