Blake Shelton, Eric Church and Miranda Lambert were among the winners at the 46th annual Country Music Association Awards on Thursday in Nashville. The awards went off-script early as Little Big Town and Thompson Square earned unexpected wins. Church, the evening's leading nominee, took home only album of the year.
