Christopher Collins, Fla. teen, tries to steal pizza from delivery boy with stun gun, cops say

(CBS) DAYTONA BEACH, Fla.- Christopher Collins, a Florida teen, was charged with armed robbery with a weapon after cops say he tried to steal pizzas from a pizza deliveryman using a stun gun on Monday night in Daytona Beach, the New York Daily News reports.

The delivery boy was delivering two pizzas to a home when Collins answered the door. The 19-year-old asked the employee how much the pizzas were, and when the employee took out a flashlight to illuminate the recipt, Collins shocked him in the stomach with a stun gun, police say.

Before fleeing, the deliveryman wrestled the pies out of Collins' hands.

Police soon arrived at the apartment where they found Collins and his two brothers. Collins admitted to the robbery and told police, ""he was hungry and was just trying to rob the pizza guy of the pizza."

He is currently in custody at Volusia County Jail.
