(CBS News) Cee Lo Green is the latest star doing the Las Vegas circuit. The "Forget You" singer will kick off a series of dates at Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino starting Aug. 29.

The Vegas run, dubbed Cee Lo Green Presents Loberace, will feature "mind-twisting magic and sexified showgirls," according to producers. The show, which currently stretches into December 2012, is being described as "part dance party, part live intimate concert."

"Planet Hollywood was established by fellow artists, actors, entertainers, my peers, and they've proven to know a thing or two about the art of being an entrepreneur," Green said in a statement.

A ticket on-sale date hasn't been announced yet.

"The Voice" judge follows in the footsteps Celine Dion, Elton John and Carlos Santana, all of whom have set up shop in Las Vegas for a series of concerts.

Green recently announced plans for a memoir, due out in 2013.
