CHANNELVIEW, Texas - Bystanders looked on in horror as a man in Texas leaped across train tracks and rolled under a train moving at 45 mph. The heart-stopping moments were caught on camera by bystanders, reports CBS affiliate KHOU.

"When I see him cross to the other side, the people on the other side were surprised too, they say look at this guy, he's crazy you know," said Cesar Renteria, who owns a car wash just a few feet away from the tracks.

KHOU reports that Renteria watched it happen as he waited for the train to pass. He caught it on camera.

"That's not right, very, very dangerous to go under the train when it's running," said Renteria to KHOU.

Witnesses told KHOU it's not the first time they have seen this man test his luck.

"It got pretty close," said Brad Rayford. "It almost hit his legs."

"That's crazy," said David Cornelius. "I ain't ever seen anything like that. I thought he was a stunt man."

In the video the man can be seen rolling on and off the tracks. Drivers are honking to get him to stop. KHOU brought the video to give Union Pacific railroad a look. They were shocked by what they saw too.

"It's very tough to watch that," said Jeff DeGraff, a spokesman for Union Pacific.

KHOU reports that the railroad company says one wrong move could not just cause injury or death, but could even cause a possible derailment. They are pleading with whoever is doing this to stop.

"This is never a game," said Degraff. "You're taking your life and the lives of others in your hands."

Renteria fears next time the ending could be tragic.

"You have to stop," said Renteria. "No matter what, your life comes first."

Union Pacific tells KHOU the person doing this could be ticketed for reckless behavior.
