Carly Fiorina's Hairy Remark About Barbara Boxer

Former Hewlett-Packard CEO Carly Fiorina won Tuesday's Republican Senate primary in California and will challenge three-term incumbant, Democrat Barbara Boxer, in November.

But it was Boxer's hair-do that concerned Fiorina Wednesday, as she prepped for an interview.

In a TV interview with CNN, Fiorina said, "(An aquaintance) saw Barbara Boxer briefly on television this morning, and said what everyone says, 'God, what is that hair?" '

She continued, "So yesterday. You didn't see --"

Then Fiorina suddenly realized she was on a live microphone and stopped.

"Early Show" Newsreader Erica Hill added, "She went on to say, 'People talk about my hair all the time." '
