Can't Afford The Rent? Try This

Did you lose your job this year? Take a paycut? Watch your 401(k) evaporate?

There are a number of reasons why you might not be able to afford the rent (or mortgage). Millions of Americans are finding themselves a little short this holiday season.

But not all of them came up with this novel solution for living in a fancy New York highrise, rent-free.

How this came to light as as much to do with missing food as much as missing money. But I have to say, it's one way to cut back on expenses.
