Bell Welcomes Baby Girl

"Early Show" substitute co-anchor and resident veterinarian Dr. Debbye Turner Bell gave birth to a baby girl, Lynlee Julia Bell.

Lynlee was born on Wednesday, Feb. 3, at 12:42 p.m. She weighs six pounds, five ounces.

Bell said her daughter came into the world with "strong lungs and a healthy appetite -- just like her mom."
